Before placing an order please check out our terms of trading and privacy policy.

• In the next step of the ordering process you enter the domain (or domains) that you wish to order and provide the details of the individual or business that will be the registrant.
• In the final step of the process you will be transferred over to the secure servers of our Internet bank WorldPay where you can make your payment by credit card.
• After you have placed your order you will receive a confirmation of order from us and a payment receipt form WorldPay straight away.
• It usually takes less than 24 hours to register your domain. Once the registration process is complete we will send you a confirmation email.
• If you register a domain and realise you have made a mistake, we will issue a full refund. Please inform us by fax or by letter within seven days of registration and we will refund the registration fee via WorldPay.
